Are all the dogs kept together?

No, we have 2 areas and dogs are separated based on size and play style.

Are the dogs ever left alone?

No - we never leave any dogs unsupervised. We have qualified dog handlers in both areas, who interact with the dogs all day, ensuring they are both physically and mentally exercised.

Are the dogs fed at Daycare?

No, in fact we recommend that dogs are fed within 2 hours of being dropped off at daycare and then they should be ok until their evening meal. If you have a puppy and it requires feeding during the day, please speak to us.

What if my dog becomes injured or unwell during the day?

In the rare occurrence that a dog in our care becomes unwell or injured, you will be notified immediately. In an emergency we will take your dog to our vet, who is available 7 days a week.

Are you insured and licensed?

Yes we are fully insured with Pet Business Insurance and are proud to have a 5 star licence with Oldham Council (AWL0009).

Do you take the dogs offsite?

Included in our daycare fee is 2 x 20 minute offsite walks with one of our staff.
